Personally, I could care less if you're up against Russians.

On the light of the no PC thing; if they had a PC version, they'd have to put actual effort in designing a UI and tweaking the game so it would feel much less like a console port and an actual PC game. Of course, this is why I have a 360 since developers are moving away from the computer as a platform.
