  • I have to agree with everyone good song and prolly great record.Problem is was released a few years late when Grunge Rock was the new king in town.Sadly Foreigner was behind on the times and the new generation wasnt going to embrace this type of music anymore.Had this album came out like 1989-90 yes a hit indeed.Truth is not just Foreigner but there counterparts like Journey,Styx,REO Speedwagon all attempted combacks and were way past their prime.

  • Leave Lou alone, with his health issues. Foreigner is a great group and Lou Gramm is an enigma of the 80's and 90's music genre!

  • I love the album

  • @emtbasic6227 Lou went through a very rough health issue. Blessed that he made it through. He is the greatest singer/songwriter ever!!!!!!!

  • One of Lou's best. Love all his songs. <3

  • I got goose bumps at 'There's a door that opens wide'.

This album/song is so underrated, they're both a masterpiece.

  • its been along time..this song is great

  • Feels good to hear that song again, history of my life!

  • Great song, Lou Gramm unbelievable voice.

  • beautiful song...thanks for posting

  • Que balada tan increiblemente hermosa!!

  • Very underrated song. Thanks to the very overrated grunge period, the song never really hit big.

  • Man this brings back some great memories.

  • AGREED last great song from lou and the gang. WOW ! What a nice ending.

  • awesome

  • of time never will i lose this heart´s desire ever will i feed our love´s fire only when i know that you´ll be mine and onnly when i see the light of love shine never will i lose this heart´s desire ever will i feed our love´s fire and when i see the light of love shine in your eyes when they meet mine only then i´ll know it´s you and i until the end of time

  • only when i know that you´ll be mine until the end of time how do i trust what i´m beginning to feel? how deep my soul? how much can i reveal? i´m lost in love´s mystery i´m caught between time and eternity now there´s a door what opens wide slowly i will find my way and reach inside but i couldn´t make it thru until there was you never will i lose this heart´s desire ever will i feed our love´s fire only when i know that you´ll be mine and only when i see the light of love shine until the end

  • when i was young and the world belonged to me i thought that love meant pain and jealousy it was a cross on my shoulder oh lord, now i feel so much older ooh time had a way making me see my only life has taken it´s toll on me now i feel emptiness and i don´t want to live like this now i´ve heard stories i´ve heard songs telling me believe my heart won´t wait too long but words they don´t ring true until there was you never will i lose this heart´s desire ever will i feed our love´s fire......

  • goosebimps ALL OVER:;::::::

  • I love this song and it's a great love song and I dedicated it to my husband on my Facebook. A great song to slow dance to.

  • Such a pity that this was recorded during the Mr. Moonlight sessions. 10 years earlier, it'd have been a mega hit on the Agent Provocateur album. The last true unbelieveably good Foreigner song.

  • God bless you guys, I love you. One of the best bands ever....

  • @dkempf1 No doubt about that

  • Next week on Saturday in Wembley Aréna: Journey-Foreigner-Styx concert. I am very happy, I will see and hear them. I like them very much!

  • @berocklover IM GOING IN SEP W MY HUSBAND, INSTEAD OF STYX, NIGHT RANGER! LOOK FORWARD TO HEARING AND ENJOYING THIS CONCERT!!!

  • I don't hear this song on the radio anymore. Such a shame, it's a great song. <3

  • It was the night 2nd April 1995 when i heard the Ambulances in the street when i was in bed. The next morning I passed with my bike, heading to work a group of people standing crying on tall burned tree. Thought about nothing until I went to my mother she told me 4 of your friends have died in a fatal car crash. This song became then my mourning song. It still makes me cry. They died so young. Mr. Moonlight is my fav CD from Foreigner.

  • Foreigner (Lou Gram) is forever!!!

  • I absolutely love this song, and Foreigner...how I long to be back there at times :-)

  • MUSIC 101 by one of the greatest bands of alltime.

  • This song needs way more radioplay.

  • oh my gosh! it's so.........<3

  • Love this....(very)

  • I remember buying the cassette single of this in 94. I always loved the chord progression at the very end (B, Em, F#, B) and how it's not used in any other part of the song.

  • sooooo beautiful song!

  • love this song!!!!

  • just fricken perfect...!!

  • Best Foreigner song ever.. and thats saying a lot.

  • I think this song is definitely awesome. I may have been born on the year it came out, but I think Foreigner is one of the best bands I have ever heard.

  • Oops! I meant more than 'I want to know what love is'~~ :)

  • I love this song even more than 'I don't know what love is'

  • Beautiful song! Lou Gramm does it perfectly!

  • What I liked about this ballad is that it's a lot different than "Waiting For a Girl Like You" and "I Want to Know What Love Is" yet it's still a great song

  • I have always loved this song. One of the few songs I could listen to over and over and not get tired of hearing it.

  • two words...THANKS FOREIGNER.

  • Great song, too bad this song came out several years late, I swear if this song came out say 1989-90 it would've easily made the Top 5.

  • @Doobie1975 No question about it. No question. And the album would have been a Top 10-20. This was a GREAT record!

  • I am pretty surprised that you claim this album "would have been a Top 10-20". Just what is it about this album that you think is so deserving of being so high on the Top 100 list? I've read where this album is Foreigner poorest-selling album but yet you claim is a "great record"...how so?
