That's not really a bad thing, and in the '80s, a lot of us kids developed some "Val-speak" in the way we talked. It was mostly a white California thing, but it spread. I think L'Trimm was from Florida. They were very young in this video too. Even if you don't like the song, you gotta admit, they were very cute. This was one of the south's many contributions to hip-hop. BOOM!
