It's sad how RCA fucks up good albums and artists. They don't believe in artists visions and they don't support them. My December is an example, as Bionic and Goodbye Lullaby are too. I'm thankful AT LEAST they are supporting a little bit more to Avril, but MD was wasted, this song is fucking gold.

Why did her label think "My December" was a bit too "dark and negative"?

Everyone goes through rough times! Kelly's had her ups and downs and, well, she wrote about them! And, I listened to the album (which is really great and, in my opinion, the best of her yet, by the way), it isn't really to gothic or much of a life-sucks-I-wanna-die kinda thing. I actually found positivity in some songs when she the songs just kinda say "You know what, you hurt me. I was really lonely. I'll move on, anyway."

OMG! this is amazing. clive is demoted from head at bmg/rca. I think that there is a chance for a spring/summer release for HIF now! there is a while before her next album, and HIF would totally fill the void. we have a chance. i think we should rekindle it the project, even tho its kinda over! maybe the new GM would see how devoted/interested we are in a new single!
