They both are good for gaming... For 200$ currently the best CPU is AMD Phenom 2 X4 920 (if you add 14$ you can get the 940).

All setings is maximum and cryisis run medimum and hard, 20-30 fps

CoD4 runs all maxed out with average of 60FPS (1680x1050) and Crysis runs 18FPS average with all maxed out (1440x900, no AA).
