just so happens I have created a water mobility device using the dolpin/ cetacian swim cruch every mode of mobility hase one birds have the wish bone we have super balls in the back of our legs and cetations have the longest musclie known to have existed it is like a big bungie. I came up with a way to throw that bungie forward and aft . Its like standing on a slack rope. the only problem is the feet are in the way for super duper jump out of the water speed. no lie "I" am doing this.
