The singer tried to justify herself in rendering a sing actually in the Legend Voice of Lata. This singer sang quite successfully, but the difference is there. Rhythm beat was a bit fast, which, to my opinion, made ths singer to go fast & lossing the Real Expression. But, however, my comments may not be considered negative. Convey my comments to this singer. She id good and with an improvement, can be a top- class. i am sorry, did not know her other songs or may i am not awared, She is good.

this is kavita krishnamurthy, the greatest female singer after lata/asha. i don't know if you're familiar with hindi music, but kavitaji is a true legend. this video was in the early 80s just as she was making her way into the hindi industry. and she is the most well-trained in the industry today in classical music. type in 'jasraj kavita' into youtube and you'll see her with the legend pt.jasraj singing a classical tune. also type in 'kavita sa re ga ma pa' and watch the show dedicated to her.
