@wilderalt He has a disease i forgot the name of if it but my teacher also got it as a child and it leave those scars on you're face and he could have gotten plastic surgery to smoothen out his scars but he prefers not to. Maybe it's to remind him of what he went through as a child because it often affects small children. If you get proper medication you're fine. Plus he is good looking he just has scars of his face. But only shallow people would notice that only!!! :(
