This post came up in a search for "Judicial Immunity". My 2 cent on the subject is that we need to strip judges of it. Not totally/completely mind you. You can't have people running around filing frivolous lawsuits against judges, but "blanket immunity" inherently undemocratic, basically turning judges into "kings" with little or no accountability to anybody/the people they WORK for. Perhaps a civilian oversight committee with power to decide when/when not to allow judicial immunity.

The biggest problem here is that NOONE has the kind of resources as the federal government to beat back this kind of terrorism. That is wee it would take a nation standing ARM in ARM to combat this kind of onslaught. That would even mean those who haven't been effected by child abduction by the state. My grandchildren are victims of these criminals. Residential custody awarded to their father in Hawaii who abused my daughter (convicted of domestic violence) for years and never had an interest in these children's lives. With all extended family & mother in IL & only abusive father in HI, this judge who NEVER laid eyes on them, "convicted" my heartbroken grandchildren to be imprisoned 5000 mi. away from the mother & family who loves them...and THEY ARE SUFFERING GREATLY.

I told a CPS agent that i had trained numerous people how to roof they where questioning my sanity, So i told them how many people have you trained to do anything? Something useful for them to use to help there family live to feed them and support their children? They didn't comment and than, I asked them on tape do they believe in the constitution of the united states of america? They remained silent these people are agents of satan, and they do not even know they are already dead!

I will never get over being taken from my parents, put in abusive foster homes for 10 years and then suffered Stockton Syndorom and went to work for DSHS for the next 25 years! They took my parents land from them and built a DSH office on it... that is all they wanted... just the land so they took us kids until my dad sold the land, then they gave us back. THAT WAS WRONG! I was so traumatized that it took years for me to wake up.

Favd and SHARED! Tragic how we have allowed govt such powers to kidnap family members. This is nothing short of a kidnapper demanding money for return of ur child. ALso this is a STRONG msg to let ppl know that we are owned by the state. Bare in mind MOST of these kids are sexually/emotionally abused/neglected in thier ""care"". This is absolutly the beginning of the state having complete control of kids in the future.

I will never get over the loss of my children.. illegally taken from me. Now my son is almost 18 and his nightmare is almost over but my daughter is 12 and they put her in a mental hospital because they said she was depressed over losing her family... Duh.... now she is on Lithiam , they love to give out dope to children an extra boost to the pharmacy industry.

Definately taking children has turned into an industry where the state can claim federal money (our taxes) for each child taken. I was one of those children. they told my father that he could have his childrn back if he sold his property and moved to another county when he did and were were returned then CPS got his land and built the CPS office on the land where I lived when I lived with my parents.
