My father was driving a Subaru Outback 2.5i.

Now I have driver licence and got the car for my 18th B-Day. I went to our Subaru-Trader and asked him, whether he can put the turbo of an Foester XT put in my car. Its he same base-engine.1200€ and a week later i had a Subaru Outback 2.5XT (it is not officially available in Germany). So now it weights 250 kilos fewer than the Forester XT, and it's 10 cm lower: 0-100 k/ph: 4,5 sec (faster than a Porsche 911!) and the topspeed is around 265 k/ph.

Lol bad move man. Why would you want to turbo 2.5i? They are alright engine displacement but they are under engineered, not to mention if you did that on your stock internals, don't expect it to last more than a year max. Unless you are running on real low boost like 7-8psi which MIGHT last you a little longer than a year IF you don't step on it everytime. Anyway, good luck...

I undesrstand but, STIs Foresters have the tachometer at the center of the cluster gauge with an STi logo printed on it and they are not refered as an XT. It is either XT or STi. Foresters STi versions are right-hand drive only sold for European and Japanese markets.
