As a lifelong Blackhawks fan...I know what other hockey fans may not...Jocelyn was one of the toughest customers out there...I never saw him lose many scraps...and most of them went like this one. A beat down...
@mcoope15 You see, Snepsts punches were'nt landing with force. Lemieux had a sufficient hold on his jersey which lessened the severity of Snepsts punches. I saw this fight live on TV and what you don't see on this video is that Snepsts was cut open by Lemieux's hard punches. I can still remember Scotty Bowman on TV saying "I don't know why Snepsts is laughing becuse Joclyn Lemieux administered quite a beating."
i'm a hawks fan and remember this one well. lemieux (we nicknamed him jake) cleaned up. he was a real tough customer and had some skill to go with it. i always like him.
