Because of Logic:

1) If your Strength cape is trimmed you must have had a skill cape before

2) Fletching SkillCape is easy to get at low levels ( i have one myself)

3) You obviously wouldn't make someone else do the guide for you (if you did your a noob)

4) Not a lot of people have the patience to get 99 Strength before actually making a guide...

And you shouldn't use a Whip when you can't use Strength style on it. Use SS,Gs,D scim or sometinhg like that.
