this is one of the best color overs i've seen!! usually ppl just use paint and literally color over, this is so much better! awesome job!

It's a color over. I just got the video of her transformation, took a bunch of screenshots [frame by frame], colored each one, and then put it back together. Here's a tutorial [although it's for TMM]:

yeah i a bit agree. Since she got her enchantix the blue color becoming less and then at her believix it was gone;.....
