This brother is right. I have learned a lot Arabic from translation and also from my mother language (lot of words). And when I read translation and read the original arabic, you conclude that it is not the same, it doesnt give the same impact, maybe the content is there but not the style/way.

We should appreciate that more and try to also learn the arabic.

I love the Quran, such an ocean of knowledge. When we say the Quran is a miracle to a non-muslim, we should be able to prove it, and once we can do that, they will have no reason to reject the Quran, they will literally submit to it.

Excellent lecture. As a person who's faith lies with Sanatan Dharm (Hindu dharma) rather than Islam, I may not share all of Nouman Ali Khan's views, but having been sent this video link by a Muslim friend of mind, I am glad I watched it. I probably will never learn Arabic and read the original Quran, but I can see nothing but positive things if humans understand more about other humans and their faith. I look forward to watching a few more!

I've also heard better speeches from Nouman. This isn't his strongest subject, but then again, I've heard of this subject matter before. And his other speeches were of subject matter that I had not heard of and he knows more of that than this.

I can't seem to post my comment but I'll try it again. After watching part 1 I feel not convinced at all, his arguments are not convincing although his style of speech and his obvious intellect would be able to convince persons who already are leaning towards the thought that a deity must exist. But to an atheist this is not convincing at all, it still doesn't provide any evidence whatsoever. I'll watch the second part tomorrow and maybe I'll change my mind (but I assume I won't).

It's an objective challenge given by the Qur'an, a timeless miracle to prove it is a divine revelation. People are given the blueprint/example to follow (Qur'an), the same grammatical tools and the instructions. But they still can't do it. Mankind and supernatural spirits working together until the day of judgement cannot even do it.3 lines is all the Author asks

Listen, we need to put everything in its proper place; encouraging common muslims who do not even understand arabic fluently to try to get them to convince others in islam is not our job. Scholars need to debate. If we simply act like muslims, dress like muslims, talk like muslims and have our own livelihoods not depending on non muslims then people will automatically want to be like us.
