Whatever happened to David Lynn Jones.

@44Snyder As far as I know bothhe and his wife still perform some small intimate settings. He was forced to stop recording after a couple stole his identity several years back and were collecting all his royalties. They were caught either a little over a year ago. DLJ said he never stopped writing so he has plenty of material to record again when this whole mess gets settled if he chooses to.

@fourojas You are so welcome.  I love this song. I'm so glad you found it. Hopefully David Lynn Jones financial matters will soon be squared away and we will hear more music from him. It's been way too long. He's a great writer!

Thanks...it is a "great" tune especially with the additon of Waylon. The writer "David Lynn Jones is a wonderful songwriter. I suspect they would have done more togteher had he not been forced into putting his recording on hold due to the fact that an ex-employee stole his identity and was collecting his royalty checks for many years.
