I was with the people complaining about the graphics UNTIL I saw the game on MY hdtv, not a youtube video. The very bullets themselves are higher res and more detailed. It makes a tremendous difference.

I can see why you say that, and I agree with you that the Deathsmiles 1 art is better than this, but it pains me to hear that people say that Deathsmiles 2 is shit because of the graphics.

@AGamersDisciple These people just don't know shit about game art. DS2 looks awsome and besides that, it's all about the gameplay! DS2 is a very underated game on the European continent. Probably because it is a sidescroller but DS is actually a great game which really challenges us gamers. Not many games can do this these days.

@AGamersDisciple You can buy the game on Xbox Live arcade. It's a DIRECT port though... meaning no English subtitles for cutscenes. I don't see why they didn't release this one. THis is a great game.

@RobXTiger2k8 Yes. It's on the US XBLA market place for 30 dollars. I think it's worth 20 but meh. It's still fun. Another agme they have there is Nin2 Jump. There's another game from SNK called Trouble Witches which is nice if you switch the voices to JP.

Wow whats with the graphics? The 16 bit style of the the first game looks infinitely better than this. Why do game developers make 2D games with 3D graphics? Another example is Marvel vs Capcom 3. Completely unnecessary imo.

DeathSmiles 2 looks and sounds amazing. I can't wait till it comes to the states. All I've played for the last 6 months are these 4 titles, Mushihimesama Futari, Espgaluda 2, Guwange and Deathsmiles! Cave is making the most incredible games I have ever seen on any console. Good times

@theachtungtree Meh, Cave shmups never had good graphics to begin with, but they're freakin' fun. Personally, I don't consider it "shit" anyway. It's just below standards. Besides, if they did anything more to the graphics, the game would lag like hell... x_x
