This must be especially old...there are mobs (especially boss monsters) in the wrong locations, like I think I saw a Worm Veduque where I would think would be the usual location of the Vice Veduques.

it was hilarious... I have a level 82 blade and i got to the end of the mine and saw that giant monster thing in that room and was bored so i killed it in like 45 seconds and the like 20 seconds later, this whole big group of like 30 people comes in to try and kill it together and then started complaning because it was gone, and got mad at me for killing it!!! haha... rofl
