A national sales tax of 3% would provide enough money to make sure our real life concerns are met that is the defense of borders.

You can theorize all you want about not paying taxes, reality is a different beast, as shown by Snipes being in prison. There may be individual cases of people avoiding taxes and not going to prison, no successful large scale "movement" that I know of......keep on dreamin.

Yes, Wesley, you are that important. You might have been believed over some little nobody like me, who stood on principle with the IRS and in a manner won. I had to represent myself and after about 8 years, I did learn how to secure a cancellagion of the Notice of fed. tax lien that had been filed fraudulently against my name. There was no real liability behind it. No one in the IRS has taken credit for filing it. But it was there in the Official Records, causing me grief.

Yes, taxes are illegal, however the courts are acting as though the law exists. You simply cannot question them. You have to pay.
How do you fight back? Simple. Fire your congressmen and your president. Vote in only who promises to disband the central bank and the IRS. Hate your judges? You can fire them too. It's easy to get rid of useless officials. Call, Vote, Petition. I have done my part by writing in. You should too. Legally they have to resign if enough complaints are lodged.

I can make an analogy with the term "starry decisis" courts respect previous courts rulings and defer to them, not always, but most of the time. That is the same way the USA operates with respect to Taxation of wages, you go to court and tell a judge "I do not have to pay taxes" he will most likely just snicker at you, taxing you is already accepted.

You can theorize all you want about not paying taxes, reality is a different beast, as shown by Snipes being in prison. There may be individual cases of people avoiding taxes and not going to prison, no successful large scale "movement" that I know of......keep on dreamin.

What I don't understand is this, money or the so called money we have is a Fiat Currency, meaning not really money. But we have jobs paying us this Fake money, and if we do not pay them back this Fake money we are to be prosecuted? Taxes after all are really voluntary, and the Federal Reserve is'nt a government entity, they are a private corporation. We have been fleeced to the Max, I smell a revolution coming.

US dollars are backed by the full faith and credit of the US government, not as good as being backed by say gold reserves or platinum, yet in no ways fake. How would we back the Dollar with gold reserves, trillions of dollars in circulation, no way we have that much god. Taxes are voluntary, uh........in whos world?

Celebrities have a delusion that they are above the law, and this sentence (3 years in prison) sends a clear message to the Hollywood crazies who think they are beyond the far-reaching arm of the IRS. Snipes should have been given the statutory maximum.
