Cops need a 'reasonable suspicion' that you committed a crime to do a 'stop and frisk' the you fit the description bullshit only works if there is an incident in the area. Always refuse consent and ask for a supervisor. Note the names and badge numbers and most importantly, record the encounter on your cellphone. ALWAYS REPORT OFFICERS WHO ILLEGALLY STOP AND FRISK.
