  • Gretchen.. Must been an earlier one. I saw you do much better, and I mean cleaner and sweeter. Thanks.

  • @whitt702 Were you at CAAS this year? I played this one with Bob Saxton at CAAS and I have added a lot of new chords on this one.

  • Awesome. Thanks for posting it.

  • WOW!!!, that was great! keep'em comin'.

  • Nice picking!!!

  • I absolutely love this song, "O brother where art though"

  • beautifully played

  • That's a very interesting arrangement. I have the Buster B Jones version on his Fingerstyle Guitar from the ground up video. That shows you how far I have to go. I can't quite tell what the chords are you use, I think they are D, G, and something else, but you get the real nice Chet sound. Thats probably the first thing I'll play on you tube but I bet it won't be as good as your version. Keep up the good work. I enjoy your playing.

  • Amazing! Keep playing, you're gonna be a household name one day. Thanks for keeping bluegrass alive and kicking too. Awesome stuff here! Greg

  • K I swear this is the last one ill comment on, any chance you can send me the chords for this? Just the progression, hopefully ill be able to work the rest out myself (maybe)

    Thanks, and great as usual

  • Great! Love it!

  • Really nice.. You know, HB, I was going to suggest C also. It's a much easier reach for the high notes.

    Great job!

  • great stings miss your so blessed chet would be proud

  • Have you tried this tune in the key of C?

That's where a lot of people play it, including me. Chet played it in E by capoing at the 4th. fret and playing in the C configuration there. At least he did when he played it with The Boston Pops Orchestra on their recording together of it.

Anyway, good picking! Keep plucking them strings & polishing them licks!

  • what natural talent...5 stars

  • Beautiful !

    Terje

  • As good as she is now in a couple of years WOW
