I know the original melody to this from the old hymn, but I also really like this version. There is something neat about both versions I think. It is kind of like Lord of the Rings books or movies. I find both awesome in their own ways. :) Oh, these words hold so much meaning! No matter where life finds you, whether tragedy or triumph, remember "It is well with my soul." :)

@ootube7 I agree, whenever i think about this song, this is the version i think of. I think way to many people try to 'amp it up' to much with this song, which does not fit it.
