I also wanted to say that Dean simplified all of the common problems with the coin through table. This trick does just that. He told me how it worked at this years WMS. Makes it look very professional and less stuff to worry about. I like Dean's effects. I own his box. Very good trick. He also simplified a routine with that too. Dean not only makes tricks based off old routines but makes them 10 times better!

@magic1926 Hey magic, I have dean's box too but didn't get instructions how to use it! Guy who sold it to me is in China and didn't send instructions how to use box. He doesn't speak english well so it is tuff communicating with him. Do you have suggestion on how I learn to use box? After inspecting box it seems it a sleight of hand trick..no gimmick. I'm not good at sleight of hand so that is a bummer but i paid for box already. Box came with 1 white rope, 1 red rope, two silver rings. Thanks.

@susp1 you can call dean dill and he will be more than happy to send you a dvd of the performance and the explanation. You need to worry about misdirection rather than slight of hand. Even though slight of hand is used in one of the phases, it is not the backbone that makes the routine work. I hope this helps. Pm me if you have any other questions.

@magic1926 Emailed D. Dill but he wouldn't help me with Box because the Box is a rip off box. I didn't know when i bought the box that it was a rip off box. I thought I was just getting the box at a good price (I sound naive but it is true). Box worthless to me, so I offered to send it to Dean so he can see what they did to his Box (cheaply made, etc.). If buy authentic Dill Box, Dean said he would give me all the help in the world in understanding Box. Box expensive so can't buy it...bummer!

@susp1 Dean Dill's Box is quite easy to figure out. Just keep studying it and watch the performances and you'll get it. If you know anything about magic you could make your own. No need to keep buying expensive stuff.

@heelfan1234 Thanks heelfan1234....appreciate it. I eventually figured it out and it is fun to perform. When I first bought the box, I thought it was a "trick" box but I found out later that the box has nothing to do with the trick. As you said, I could really have made my own box. Thanks again.

I love this trick. I seen it performed dozens of times at this years WMS. For those who own this effect How would you go about using this in a magic show?

I perform Dean's triangle for special occasions when I have guests visiting my home. I also bring it to special private parties when I am in a home "parlor" setting. I have a portable stand that is the right height to properly perform the effect.

I workign on a strolling version, but I'v not had time to fully develop it. I look forward to strolling into Dean's shop someday and doing my strolling version.

you all are wrong and romulus20012001 I have this trick and if you are going to critisize this trick back you facts up he does not use a magnetic coin sets. Pesonaly i think your mad just because you can figure it out. and im sure that you do not have the simplest knoledge of magic that i can see

streetkingmagic,,Damn you have this your soooo lucky, i own alot of deans stuff including his "Deans Box" and i cant even begin to emagine how he does it although i admit i do it with a magnetic set and a neo ring but c'mon romulus20012001 Dean isnt wearing a ring and as far as i know it is impossible to palm a coin or front finger clip a coin off of a flat smoothe suface so however he does it its has to be one of Deans best effects

You are the noob, I preform the exact same effect with a 20 dollar glas table. It has nothing to do with the table, it's all about the coins. I think this is a great effect but 750$ is way too much.

Once again, Dean Dill has created a masterpiece. Not only are the props beautiful, but the actual performance will leave one of the most magical memories in any spectator's mind. and THAT is a beautiful thing. Way to go Dean!
