Low bar squat 375x5, vertical about 30 inches, but I hadnt done much jumping and was pretty fatigued from all the heavy squatting. Plus I gained a lot of fat.
and rvj? how much fat did you gain?
not much higher, I didn't practise it much. Running jump really nose dives without practise. 32 inches, the same as my 1 step jump.
I had a 30 inch vertical jump, and 34 inch running jump at 188lbs with a 285x6 squat
When I hit 375x5 I weighed around 208lbs
