my dad almost got the pre but i thought the iphone 3G S wa better & cooler and i thought he thought the same so he got the iphone 3G S plus the first of anything isnt as good as a a second improved verson like the iphone 3G S.

Same here. I switched on Saturday, but I loved the Instinct. That's a decent, solid phone that served me well for a year. I'm going to miss it. It's a great little phone that I'd recommend to anyone.
