The people making negative comments are obviously not auctioneers. It takes alot more than they know. To even get to where you are auctioning real estate is quite an accomplishment. You do just fine!

I'm Canadian and work with auctioneers from Soth Africa, England, etc...and the weird thing is- it's very hard to chant without this bizarre "twangy" southern drawl that comes from nowhere...we all do it! I wish I could break it, but once I start picking up speed I really can't!

Anyone can auction in a boom, try auctioning in a bust - the best auctioneers are from the country - ex stock and station agents!
