Not going to happen unfortunately. Though the game looks almost exactly like an old-school NES game, there's actually a few features it has which the NES can't support. A lot of the coloring isn't doable on the NES, or rather you can't do that MANY different colors on screen at once between the various enemies. I'm also guessing (not sure) that some of the AI routines aren't easily doable on the NES.
It looks like an old Nintendo game, but it isn't. Super Nintendo might not even be doable.
did anyone else notice that he can only shot his uncharged shot in bursts of two instead of three and that he shoots with the opposite arm as megaman? just some interesting tidbits no one seems to have mentioned anywhere I've read about protoman in mm9
i am megaman fan but i dont have money to buy a console and the game :S hope for NES rom format

I personally think that Megaman should have charging and sliding, and that Blues shouldn't have those.

Yep :) It gets odd at some battles, but hey, it isn't too bad, atleast he is cooler than Mega Man
