Valerie's Happy Restroom

I had my first "Valerie" experience yesterday at a restroom in th Charlotte airport. Everyone around me was in a bad mood because our flight had gotten delayed an hour. I walked into the restroom to find Miss Valerie oh so happy to direct me to a VIP seat. This lady is genuinely a pleasant woman to be around. It's evident in the way that she acts. Plus the women working at the Starbuck's across the hall told me so. The world needs more Valeries.
