In my humble opinion, I'd say the most important things to have plenty of are colloidal silver (antiviral- takes the place of tamiflu), vitamin C (high dose as you said) and multivitamins to make sure you're getting enough of everything. I'm on a low budget and I've had to prioritise everything.

Eat as healthily as is possible.

Not sure about the details of this, but I was listening to something yesterday which stressed that you should NOT TAKE anything with asprin in it. I know asprin thins your blood so I dont know if that has something to do with it - can anyone elaborate on this if its true please?

They're the same vitamin C I take - but they've recently changed the packaging for them now - next time you buy them you'll find they do 2 types of the chewable ones now in the health shop - those ones or sugar free. Double check before you buy.

It's not the cheapest, but it appears to be pretty good quality and there are alot of questions/answers on the site even if you just want to use it for research. They send it out pretty fast usually too, although its taking longer now in light of the current pandemic.

Just received all the equipment I needed to make my own colloidal silver - all I need now is the water lol - a bit concerned about using tap water although some say you can. Just found out its illegal to flouridate the water in the UK now, but when I looked on the anglian water site, the 'health authority' still orders that they flouridate 20% of it? hmmm - its apparently been illegal since 2004/2005?

Made some CS earlier and it appears that I was doing it right after all - tap water wasn't right and produced white chalk in the water and blackness on one of the rods which was coming off into the water. Distilled water was right first time after I cleaned the rods. Perfect.

I think the white chalk would be a silver salt, possibly silver nitrate.

How did you clean the rod? I've been using bottled spring water and got the blackness on one of the rods, I thought it was due to oxidation from the H20, producing silver oxide from the oxygen molecule, I need to buy or build a distiller, but I think the blackening is normal even with distilled water, let me know, thanks.

Well lol I dont know if I cleaned the rods the way you should but I had to use a scouring pad and rinsed it off - I wanted to make sure it was all gone. It didn't seem right to me.

I'm making my second lot using distilled water as I type this and still no blackness or chalk on either of the rods - they both still look silver. I think thats how its supposed to be?

Distilled water was just over £3.00 for 5 litres.

I'm going to make my own in the future if I can.

BTW uberthink , I've noticed that in my case the distilled water takes much longer to react than the tap water did - that began fizzing almost immediately and the water clouded from the chalk.

I also bought a lazer pen to shine through the water because I've found that when its ready, the lazer shows a line all the way through.

The tap water must have lots of metal in it because it showed a line even before I put the rods in?

The process can be hastened by warming the water to a luke warm temperature. I don't know if hot water is bad... After the reaction has started and some silver colloid is produced then it will be much quicker, try adding some colloidal silver to the distilled water on the next batch.

The fizzing in tap water will be the reaction to contaminants.

Hi dont use tap steam disstilled is wot you want easy to make i use an old style kettle tat goes on the cooker with a steel ladle put on the spout spooney side down if u know wot i mean with the handle in a collecting jar the steam goes in the ladle runs down the handle and in the jar you have steam disstilled water

You shouldn't take Goldenseal for more than a couple of weeks. It's not something you can take everyday. I know why you are doing it for now, but I just wanted to make sure others understand that it is not to be taken all the time. Raw vegetables juices and macrobiotics (spirulina, chlorella etc.) even pickled beets, something raw with every meal is ideal. I think I am finally gonna try to make my own CS...hard to find quality CS and making your own doesn't seem too difficult. Good Vids! :)
