  • his accent is hilarious !

  • Does anyone know if you can get the Adventure Medical Kit bags empty? The bags they make are awesome but, the contents are not what I want for my kit.

  • What a joke your idea of hunting is

  • Why no duct tape?

  • nice kit, I like the way it's organized and labled. This is exactly what I need in my vehicle. Very good review as always. keep up the good work

  • haha this is a joke u feed they deer so they come back, then groom the line of sight so u cant miss, and you call yourself a hunter a fucking drunk monkey could do it!

  • RED FLAYAH KEEEEEETS

  • Nice kit! Check out my outdoor medical kit on my channel!

  • To all those talking about the feeder... Im not into hunting at all but as I see it none of it(hunting) is fare... But you have to do what you have to do to feed your family so I respect that part. If you have a knife and hunt bear thats a true hunt. When man risks his life for the hunt would be true sport. This guy in the video has a lot of helpful info. Dont get caught up on one thing. We all could learn a lot of useful info from him. Its like I always say... Lets all learn from each other.

  • ur baiting the deer?? u homo !! thats not hunting !!

  • So you put out a feeder, then just wait for the animals to come in to feed? Fish and barrel spring to mind.

  • what is the size of this in inches? (Width, height/ depth)

  • Great clip thanks. I'm just starting out and have picked up some good pointers at ebeginnersknitting (.) com

  • hey, i got this bag, i dumped everything out and built it into a trama kit (basic), so i could make my bigger kit into the main baby.

  • You wouldn't be related to Zach Galifianakis, would you?

  • Does any one know were you can get qwick clot in the uk?????. I am getting this kit but i want to add some more bits to stop bleeding fast.

  • Preventions best

  • that really is a decent kit! nice job.

  • no human is more recognisable than an appalachian

  • most importantly, learn how to use it. learn what's in it, what things are called, and how you use them in conjunction with other things... you may not be treating someone else, you may be explaining to someone else how to treat you. ripping a gauze off a clotted wound to change the dressing can make things worse in the field. learn how to treat a wound the right way before you go, so you're not bleeding out while someone reads the book and tries to figure out what is inside the bag.

  • Actually I don't like it. It's pretty much the standard fak. So what I do is purchased AMK

Sportman series outfitter then I add my ifak , quickclot, more bandage and more items to control bleeding. I'm trying to make a video of it sooner.

  • Honey is a natural antibiotic. Works wonders.

  • ant gor me when i applaid it

  • so is sugar

  • its not really hunting if you bait them

  • do what you gotta do

  • @slankydank Its not really fare if what you are hunting is unarmed and you sneak up on it... For the most part man doesnt really risk a whole when hunting. Well not as much as the pray does... You gotta do what you gotta do to feed your family but I dont like to kill things for fun and most of the hunters I have known thats how they are.

Im not trying to diss you or anyone else just giving my 2 cents even if its not worth much.

  • If you do not have access to quick-clot or other modern anti-bacterial substances, you can use granular sugar to treat wounds - it will debride the wound and inhibit bactrial growth.

  • while your at it use some neat honey over the wound also

  • great !

  • whats a sample container used for?

  • storing personal medications

  • hows the quality of the items in the ktis??? my bigest problem is i see first aid kits ready to go online or in stores and for the price and what they containe and the quality of the items seems like for alittle bit more money i could put together a better one by buying everything seperate myself.

  • i think its all a matter of preference myself.

  • AMK makes good stuff. Become familiar with the items inside and how to use them before you have to read the directions on the fly.

  • this is not hunting at all!! putting up a feeder and setting up base 100-150 yds away with nothing infront of u its a clear shot to a 12 point buck.. you shud be ahamed

  • my kit has stiches and quick clot

  • This is VERY important advice. EVERYONE needs a first aid kit. At all times, you should be able to administer even very basic wound treatment. First aid kit size and equipment dependent on where you're going and what you're doing of course, but one like this one has pretty much all you'll ever need and is essential for outdoor enthusiasts. The only addition I can possibly think of is an epi-pen if you or someone you're with is very allergic to things.

  • i'm a fan of these videos, but i have to say, by no stretch of the imagination can using a fixed position feeder and deer stand be considered "hunting". there is no hunting involved in killing an animal at it's regular feeding spot that YOU set up. not that i have a problem with it, but it has to take the "fun of the hunt" out of it.

  • I agree with you! But its convience hunting. :-) Just like when you need a gallon of milk, you just go to a convience store. But soon that will all changed. A lot of people will die because they are so used to convience vs being self sufficent. (growing food, hunting, fishing, etc.)

  • well I guess I'll be fine lol. Except with the matter of bullets being hard to find

  • what dose a kit like this one cost?

  • Just looked its about 100 before taxes.

  • cool thanks thats not that bad for all that you get.

  • great video Kevin

  • Nice looking medical kit 5*

  • Outstanding vid! Great advice!

  • Good point, Nutnfancy's kit is a good kit, based on his needs, this is a good kit, but for a different need. Me, the kit I have with me is the kit I'll be using. I like clearly labeled stuff and would add to this kit. As you could clearly see this kit has room where you can add to it to suit your requirements. Thanks for the video.

  • well done

  • nice kit but over $100 ouch i think ill stick to my homemade kit

  • When you factor in the cost of first aid materials it actually isn't that bad..I've got a kit in my EDC bag that is much more compact that probably runs that much!

  • I might get this kit just for the bag...I love how it's labeled! I'm not to big on pre-made kits but the bag looks good.

Did you supplement this kit at all?

  • rooftopeagle - I did not add anything to the bag, that is exactly how I received it.

  • Wow it's pretty comprehensive then...Good stuff!

  • What about clotting polymers for severe bleeding? All too often, using the first aid kit's gauze is not enough to stop the bleeding. I know. I live inside war zones. Too many times I have seen people who have bled to death. You might want to add those to your pack.

  • check out the USMC field reviews of QuickClot, it faild miserably. i am not aware if they did any tests on the ACS+ or other cloting agents but i do know they are used extinsivly at hospitles...

  • Ground coffee works better as a blood clotter than anything they have come up with yet....and it doesnt sting as bad.

  • Thanks! I'll give it a try next time i cut myself...which wont be long.

  • which 1st aid kit was this? they have many on the site. thanks

  • filoIII - its the FUNDAMENTALS First Aid Kit by Adventure Medical Kits

  • Great video, very informative.

  • nice kit i would add one thing Quikclot combat gauze.

  • what do ya carry in ya bail out bag? me i carry paracord first aid kit fire starter the flint type a water purifier a candle latern a led flashlight p38 can opener knife and sharpner multi tool

  • i just take my g/f she's a triage nurse

  • lol nice

  • hello Thank you Kevin this could be useful to other but I have five different kits one can be used in a Army feild aid station dealing with over 50 injuries Was a Red Cross Worker since 1978 First aid / CPR Instructor

  • That's a great kit for a novice person in the field..

  • i have a good trauma kit

    mostly for gunshot wounds

  • i heard tampons are good for gunshot wounds as well as emergency fire tinder

  • and pads ...

  • Most def.

  • @kumquatsta

    right you are.

  • @kumquatsta hells yes they work great for gunshot wounds.

  • @kumquatsta Indeed...

  • Thats a nice looking kit thanks.

  • OMFG we got another nutnfancy fanboy posting comment on here

  • Cheese22092. He's not showing you a bug out med kit here. Your a little hard on his kit. If you want a bug out med kit, your right, but you could have used a little more friendlier statement to make a suggestion for everyone who would be interested. nutnfancy does have good vids. Just a suggestion. PREPARE and be safe.

  • i didnt mean to come off hard but im just letting people know of better methods

  • cheese22092 - nutnfancy and I make 2 different styles of videos.

  • Nutnfancy is more tactical and hiking, survivalist boards is pure survival, hunting, and ways to use nature wisely

  • @cheese22092 in stead of nutnfancy, i would suggest you watch analiyticalsurvival's videos. thats a guy who actually knows what hes talking about.
