Shot it with a Canon GL1 and then edited it with Adobe Premiere CS3 used that and Photoshop for effects

Haha thanks, maybe I'll do a followup. I may be doing a new video where he has a cameo scene this fall since there were a few ideas which I wanted to do but couldn't because of time, I could execute all of the animations much better now as well. Glad you liked it!

It's pretty good for what you made it with.

Some of the continuity could use some work, but overall, awesome piece.

LOVED the light coming from inside the chest.

Also love to see the parents getting involved on the humor.

The pixelation spreading part was AWESOME.

lol I used Premiere and Final cut don't know how basic that is. If you mean animation wise it couldn't be more basic since I took up this project 3-4 weeks ago wrote, shot and edited it all myself within that time without ever having animated anything before. So animation was basic as hell if that's what you mean lol.

I used a song from metroid prime. I knew it would be a great source of ambient spacey music. I'll have to get back to you on the actual name of it, the file is on a hard drive at my video lab.
