wow. i have a Mega Drive. it is awsome. although I don't have many great games for it. My best ones are sonic 1 and 2. never seen a mega drive 32x. i'll have to see if i can find one.

Ya, I wish I could have done just that. I got lucky finding this (since I live in the U.S.) so I'm happy I have one. It would be cool to find a box for it one day though. Then maybe I'll redo this video again :)

Much like here in the UK. It is common to get a Mega-drive easier, but it's slightly harder to get a Genesis. (Even though technically they're the same system, with very slight differences)
If your NTSC TV is not multi-norm... You will see the console in black and white through CVS without a conversor. It would be interesting that you can change the Video Crystal and modify the console internal jumpers for get PAL-NTSC video. About the power adapter, you can use a Genesis Model 1 DC adapter without a problem with this.
i have the european segamegadrive 1 with the sg-pro pad which those of you will remember is a transparent purple controller with 2 triggers and 4 speedsetting switches and have just bought the 32x as i am a huge fan of retro gaming (going to buy a commodore 64 next)
That is because I have an older camera that only outputs monaural audio. I've been meaning to grab a "Y" cable to dub the audio to both channels but I just haven't gotten around to it. So for now in some of my videos you may hear live audio from the left channel only along with stereo music. Personally, I think it's better than some of my earlier videos with just audio coming from the left channel.
Awesome unboxing :) I own the genesis model 2. Just about all my games labels are in good shape. I like the av input the genesis comes with since you can connect your cable wire to it as well.
