By far my most favorite one of the series. Maybe cause I haven't tried fourth or fifth, but it's a really great game once you get used to it. :) But I'm mad cause I haven't been able to play it since Christmas last year (great present, huh?). I had like every city maxed. -_-

To me this game was a big dissapointment. It followed the trend of other RTS games which is "less = more". Less unit choices than the original AOE. Much like WCIII and DOW2, they ruined an awesome franchise.

Lol I don't know if you've realised but you keep killing your own men with your falconets etc.

Try to use the cannons on different buildings as the infantry.

i got a wuestion. i recently made a map. it was my town vs 'player 2' town. i made my army and went in to attack. they didnt do anything. all the settlers were jsut stadning there as they were the whole game. how do i make them play as the computer and make building and make armies? i wanted to do this on a map i made.

Move to the right again and look and choose "AI" at the popup look for "aiLoaderStandard" and click it. Now return and add all your "Heros" using "SPC" ie, "SPC Morgan", Also add "VIL Covered Wagon" for all players. Finally you need the "AI Start" for each player. Hope this helps, good luck
