it is quite good but it gets very repetitive and boring after a while, its not a solo that you can listen to, you need to watch it to be entertained, i think a solo should be more about the sound and not the looks, and as far as sound, this gets boring

i think people just dont listen to this kind of stuff often. by this kind of stuff i mean polyrhythmic music/ rhythms for the sake of being crazy (or interesting). lots of people say mike cant "groove" which is just not true. he just grooves in a style that doesnt interest MOST people. hes extremely good and creative at what he does. this isnt nessisarily the best example but its definately an aquired taste. to say hes not musical is just closeminded then anyone doing something new isnt musical
