So Nagisa gives birth to a healthy baby, and the three of them live happily. That's RIGHT at the end of After Story. Go to AnimeSeason to watch every ep from Clannad + After Story. I agree. Best Anime ever. I started watching so sceptically, then it hooked me and I couldn't stop watching. very very glad I found it :]
