@essamata It depends what type of mouse you have.Some are on the wheel hen they first go into the cage others might take some time. Just wait a while and see if he/she gets some time to know how it works and then they ill go on it.

I would remove the wheel from your mice cage if they continue to flip eachother over like that. I was at Petco, and I saw two white mice on a wheel together - the one flipped the other one over about three times, and it stumbled off, completely dazed, and then had a seizure. I felt awful for the poor thing.

@LBP97 Yeah I advise you not to get a wired heel but a plastic one because they might get caught in the wire one and get hurt. If you have one and get a ball for them to run around outside the cage then get a small one, make sure there is a big area for them to run about in and to make the mouse feel comfortable and get used to their new home, try not to handle them and make then go in the ball.

this is funny i had a pet mouse once that had babies and when they were old enough to walk they hung on to her nipples to drink even while the mom was moving and she ran in the wheel they still hung on was crazy lol she looked annoyed i think she was trying to get them off her lol.
