  • Its great to see good sambusak recipe. Im used to seeing the other type of sambusak (It has pizza dough texture) cooked in an open oven on streets in Israel. Is this also Iraqi?

  • its not only jewish dish . its also chaldean arameac dish called sambuske but its made little deferent with(ground meat,shalots,ground fat,parsley,baharat).with home made dough.but i like his recipe too.nice job.
