I was at channel 13 back in the 70's when Marvin came into the studio's cafeteria and found the cook making chicken salad in the kitchen sink. He went ballastic.

A kitchen "stink"! Yes, even while vacationing for just 2 weeks, I saw Marvin on-air. No wonder why people used to watch him. They still have his traditional Friday night "Slime In The Ice Machine" reports, but his (Marvin's) longtime producer does it.

That thing with the 13 logo "whoosh" FX at the end sonded like someone cheaply did it during the commercials, although the rest is good.

Hmm... It actually does sound a bit different than the original version ('86) and the one carried on through Joe Diaz's tenure on the PM Newscasts... Good ear!

Actually, you're both a bit off... Imagematters is correct, but the fx sync up properly if you see it on tape. Must've been something in the rendering that throws it off a bit.
