That bike wasn't moving forwards, it was crabbing. Make sure that you align your "vehicle" so that it matches the direction of travel of the background. Heck !

hi ive just started editing, i have cyber link power director 8, u can do chroma key and green screen with pictures, can u do them with videos, also im getting a big sheet of green fabric and some big studio spotlights, can u recomend were to get some cheap spotlights, what camera would you recomend for a beginner, and also can ucheck some of my work in my channel, great vid 5/5

As someone who has worked in TV I can tell you that there are NO thumb tacks for reference. The greenscreen is done totally different for live TV. There is no editing after the fact. The weatherman has a monitor on each side of him to see what you are seeing. It is all done live.

We got the background footage from a variety of sources. Some we shot/created ourselves (the lava was done in After Effects). I believe we got the clouds footage from Artbeats. The hospital & shuttle launch footage was taken from the Digital Juice library. Google Artbeats or Digital Juice to get to their sites. Hope this helps. Good luck!

umm thanks i found some really good cloud videos on artbeats but i cant find any that the camera goes backwards like in this video when your flying i want one that goes backwards can you give we the link to the video it would help so much

Hmmm. Not sure where we got that particular clip then. istockphoto has some nice footage that should work. Search their video library for "sky." Cheers.

Once you've read the article, click on the "Manufacturer's List" link at the end. Pay particular attention to the "Stock Animation" column for clips similar to what we used here. Hope it helps!

you'd shoot it separately. And IMHO those backgrounds are really cheesy (sorry videomaker, a lot of ur stuff is. Like someone else said, be more like indymogul, less cheese pleeez). Unless ur really desperate, u should try to find something better, although i personally know how expensive stock footage is... its ur choice

Getting the depth of the bricks when looking into the OR, was that just tweaking the key effects? I also noticed this when you could see through his stomach the image didn't look flat.

go to staples and pick up a roll of green paper, it looks like those rolls of christmas wrapping paper. its less than 5 bucks if i remember right.

I use Pinnacle Studio for my green screen effects. It is about 100 bucks.

Pinnacle only works with greenscreen for later versions, and I think only the plus or ultimate.

Mpeg video encoder works really awesome, it's cheap, too.
