Poor Lady.... What the Goverment need to do (and We all) is give her a Big house, food, pay for the Utilities, a mini Van car (gas/Insurance/etc included).. and send a social worker every day in the morning to help her to take care the childrens/house/everything. If everything of the above happen, Lady and the childrens will be happy. Those children will be the Future of this Nation, will pay Taxes and will be part of the Community. Take the kids and have them placed in foster homes. Get them adopted and educated. Make them a success in todays world, as much as possible. Then once the kids are taken care of take momma out back and shoot her. Problem solved.
