I was living in Osaka during the 7.2 Hanshin Quake hit Kobe. Liquification occurred in parts of Kobe as well. Port Island basically sank because it was mostly made of sand taken from the nearby Rokko Mountains. Port Island had to be entirely rebuilt and the port (one of the busiest in all of Japan) was closed for over 2 years. It took almost 10 years for the city of Kobe to rebuild...
HAARP indeed, in the beginning they had after shocks that also were HAARP induced and these quakes reveal themselves by not having any kind of PRE SHOCK but i bet they'll simulate that succesfully too pretty soon. *The pre shocks are what ants and elephants feel so they go to higher ground or stand on solid bedrock the quakes in Pakistan, Iran, China & on there were no pre quakes no warnings but the lightshows in the clouds 30 min prior to quake. Just HAARP bombarding sediments

Strange I have NEVER heard/seen this 'liquefaction' before, in regards to earthquakes. First time was NZ Christchurch last month..and this video today from Chiba prefecture.
I wonder if Haarp, at certain levels beneath the ground, could cause this.?
When the bible states that during the great flood, water came up from the ground... i think of this but on a larger scale
