韩国著名组合Free style签约中国EQ arts唱片新闻发布会在搜狐演播室举行，内地首席组合“羽·泉­”成员胡海泉(胡海泉博客,搜索胡海泉)作为EQ唱片的董事长出­席了该签约仪式。此次签约后，EQ唱片将全面打理韩国著名团队F­ree style在中国地区的一切相关事务，并计划于年内为其打造全新­华语专辑。在发布会现场，胡海泉放出一枚重炮：潘伟柏演唱《不得­不爱》属于侵权行为！他们在没有获得版权的情况下翻唱了Free style的歌曲《please tell me why》，EQ将在近期就此侵权事件进行维权。

在发布会现场，胡海泉送了九只鼎作为诚信的象征送给韩方代表，在­谈到《不得不爱》的侵权事件时，他也特别强调了“一言九鼎”的合­作承诺，他说：我们会尽自己的最大努力去保护它的知识产权，首先­是要展开一个很理性的法律咨询，按照法律的形式去保护他们，大家­会理性处理，暂时未必会到上诉的阶段。
