  • Jailhouse informants - ugh. The man with whom I'm working was convicted on the basis of a co-defendant's testimony (much like the Randall Adams case) and a late-to-the-game jailhouse informant. No physical evidence, just one person wanting to put the blame on someone else and another who, suddenly, was able to plea to a fourth degree felony when he was awaiting trial on a first degree felony.

Ken - best wishes to you!!

  • Thank you For this video it helped so much, I am currently looking into a case with the simalarities of a "snitch'' so to speak "a case with no physical evidence" woman is convicted of serial murder, sentenced to six life terms without the possibility of parole! based on the testimony of her mind controling, manipulative and angry Ex-lover......she opens the case then runs the case by manipulating, lying and deceit. NO PHYSICAL EVIDENCE!!!! where is the justice?

  • was this guy paid RESTITUTION? He should get MILLIONS of dollars for this.

  • Thankyou Ken for sharing with us your injustice , may your family relationship heal, it is unconsienable that the Judge allowed such a travesty of an exchange of a criminals testimony against you Ken for his life sentence to be squashed. May peace , happiness, prosperity and good health follow your family for the rest of their lives

  • That poor man.

The U.S.A.'s justice system is a sick joke.

How can people believe that justice is being done in their military prisions overseas (like at Guantanamo Bay and Gitmo), when the U.S. government can't even make that claim about its OWN citizens in REGULAR jails?

  • God bless the innocence project.I too have been victimized, and wrongfully convicted.A corrupt LAPD detective lied under oath, blackmailed me,and violated my rights across the board. He wanted me to become an informant, even though I knew nothing. The system failed.again.

  • This man is a saint. He has a zen-like calmness. He just shrugs off any anything that could possilby make him angry by saying I have been through much worse...He has deticated his life to preventing his horror from happening to anyone else.

  • Corrupt judges, arrogant lawyers. Tell me about it. The woman who assaulted me got away with it because even thought I had a ton of medical reports, and two witnesses the proceutor? lived next door to the criminal for 20 years. No one wanted the case because the assaulter was 27 at the time and had no money. After seeing 31 lawyers the only one who took the case was my brothers friend. After all of 4 1/2 years of pain and suffering I ended up with $4,127.23. Sounds fair to me!! Sick world

  • We need more people involved. We need the prosecutors admitting they were wrong. To many do not want to say they were wrong. Its time the courts, DAs in every state step up to the plate and look at the cases that have doubt in them.

  • Sounds like a lot of judges need to be investigated for incompetence at best... but it really seems to indicate that some individuals in the legal system have a such disregard for seeking justice, that given their position can only be criminal itself.

Is there some system of 'reward' for getting convictions at all cost? Are innocent people being locked up for personal gain in the form of furthering some people's careers?

  • I've just watched all of the Innocent Project videos, and it makes me angry that this can still happen.

  • This makes me feel powerless. I truly feel sorry for this man.

  • How can you take back injustice?

  • sad
