It's not just a fetish because not all of it is sexual o_O It's the same as calling whip cream a fetish. Sure it can be used, and is used very often for sexual reasons, but there is also a non-sexual purpose behind it.
Sure, the majority of Furry is sexual, but you can't just label it a fetish when it is quite obvously more then that.

Some men may have a cross-dressing fetish and sure women's clothes have a different purpose as well but it is still a fetish. The reason most people think that it is creepy is that it is targeting sexual energy towards animals, not directly but still in an indirect way. It's is still better than eating shit and vomiting on each other, in my opinion at least.

@NoobHero000 The reason for getting in a furry suit can vary I'm sure. For the most part it's just for fun. Just like video games it's all for entertainment and fun. Also, a small percentage of furries have fur suits my dear. They cost a lot to make it simple. Since they do cost quite a bit a lot furries are neat freaks when it comes to their suits, so I dont think they'd risk getting jizz on them by having any form of sex.... there are those that do it with each other not animals :P

Furry accounts in many different degrees though. For some, yes it is a fetish, but for others it is not a fetish at all. I mean I'm a furry and don't have fantasies of intercourse with animals. The furry life style is more than that. It has amazing artists and crafty engineers. Some don't even wear fursuits or any of those stuff at all. So I ask politely, could you please stop putting a whole type of community just because some of them act a certain way.
