  • I don't mind comments like this. However the main thing is that this sauce is very tasty, easy to make and cheap. (I am using my daughters's account, but I am the video maker.)

  • Sorry but I don't want to seem mean but this is more like a version of salsa for chips, not enchiladas. You could use this also as chili with your favorite type of meat.

  • I am not Mexican, but I make tamales, enchiladas, other recipes associated with Mexican food. The thing is, the FOOD does not KNOW I am not Mexican. THIS IS AN EXCELLENT video. I don't have a hand mixer like you have here, but I use a blender. THANK YOU for posting this.

  • I did not strain the chillies. I just chucked all the ingredients into the pan and cooked them. You need to ensure the chillies are completely soft after cooking or you get a kitchen full of chilli dust when you blend them.
