Great post... Billy was always at his best with his rhythm guitar and vocal, expert timing and delivery. I had the opportunity to sing with him on occasion and he was a great teacher. I miss him and am happy to see these rare videos pop up - this one is particularly good.
Billy's musical abilities were apparent in his vocal contribution right back in 68 on The Rain, the Park and other things. A beautiful sustain bending through the vocalharmonies from the rest of the Cowsills.
