Time to retire this periennial politician. She's been in congress for 15 years and wants to stay. She has fulfilled her contract with America by getting very little done and wants to continue building on that record. She spent $1.16 Million about half of which was PAC money to get elected last time. She's someone's tool but certainly does not represent the people who elected her.
