I'm not so sure he can go back to the old days anymore. Listen to "Craig David Can't Be Messing Around" or "Booty Man" live in Costa Rica on youtube. His voice now sounds irreversibly different to how he was back then. Thats a shame as I really really prefered his singing in that era.

Idk if his change of style has anything to do with it, but understand I havent just heard this song and come to this conclusion MCD, I hear his songs all the time and after hearing many of his songs came to the conclusion that his vocal tone is not as good as it was in 2005 and previous. He's still a good singer but he was untouchable during 1999-2005. Its not that he's changed his style, its that his singing isnt as staggeringly good. And you have to listen to him alot to tell.

I think the Craig David of the era of his first three albums could have murdered this song. It comes across o my ears, that Craig David has lost a portion of his previous amazing live vocal range and smoothness of tone. I dont know if its down to his training or what. However as a big Craig David fan, its sad to see his voice mature in a way that devolves his music. I really hope he can get back to his old self when performing, he was amazing back in the day. Still decent now though.
