i've noticed already that i end up in the middle of the road if i try to turn around... i was hoping the video would tell how to avoid this natural mistake, rather than just saying "don't do it". does anyone have a practicing tip?
when you turn your head to see for traffic, keep your wrists as straight as possible, try not to think about it to much because your brain usually tells your body to turn where your eyes are. Just try to focus on keeping your wrists and your steering straight.
This takes practice to make it natural
