Yea. Ashland University has a great football program and gvsu rapes them every year.

I still don't think it's fair Grand Valley is in D2... that school is way, way too big to be participating in D-2 sports. It's like the Yankees in MLB. 22,000 students?! Most schools in D2 have, like, 6, 8, 10,000 students at the most.

So why does Wayne State not dominate they have 30,000 students? And apparently GV gets all of its players from the student body. GV shouldn't have lost too NWMS last year then either or had a tough playoff game.

ok... fine. how about all the other d2 schools put a slush fund together to pay for gvsu to go d1. We need a couple hundred mil to build all new facilities if were ever going to be able to compete at the d1 level, never mind the fact that we would have to pretty much tripple our athletic department funding.

glcc is right i go to wayne state. we have about 31 thousand students and we suck a pretty much every sport that matters. joique bell is a nfl running back no question. but GVSU has a great coaching pipeline/history. that's why they are one of the best D2 schools

Im from Michigan and, GVSU is THE dynasty in Michigan! Their the most current to win Nat'l Title in football since Michigan in '97. GO LAKERS! GO BLUE!
