but recently government is going corrupted and people hate that but its not about people. the hangings are about only a little convicts but i still hate those hangs they are convict but still my patiots.all u see in the medias are wrong, and u can not judge a nation unless u touch them nearly.
hi am an Iranian and from Tehran. i don know hw much is ur information about iran that u r talking like that. to u who said its dangerous for native Iranians to live there, i have to say its not dangerous AT ALL. we go outside even 3 or 4 o'clock at the morning but nothing threaten u there is nothing to worry about at the time. not only its not dangerous for the people there, but i believe that there is the most safest country in the world as i`ve been in too many places in other countries,
You make me fucking sick with your schoolboy attitude! Grow up and stop acting a Buffoon!! The first show you just about got away with < Long way round" But BY ANY MEANS" you clearly see you just put this idea together to skip another 6 months of life " and we Funded that Shit! as T.V licence payers " SO ON BEHALF OF THE UK PEOPLE ...
i think long way round, long way down, by any means are all brilliant series, proper inspiration for people to get out and see the real world not what the media portrays of them. big thanks to the teams for making them- brilliant 5stars
why call me a naive brit when you dont know me or know anything about me, i have been to alot of places in the world and no how corrupt law systems can be- why dont you go be judgemental somewhere else
CMob09, I have been on holiday there last year and I will go again next year. It wasn't dangerous AT ALL. It is dangerous to live there as an Iranian, not to travel as a foreigner. In fact, they treat foreigners with a lot of respect and they do like Western culture. No problems with the police either... They even wanted to be on pictures with us tourists.
I am not excusing what is happening right now, the brutal breakdown of protests, arrests and killings!! I am just trying to make a point that under normal conditions Iran is a perfectly save country to travel. Except the traffic.
As sdubgti already said, please be careful about judging other people and places!
Iran was an eye opener. The way media presented the country was some kinda dark 'no entry' country with people who would gladly grab any chance to jump on a brit. Your programme certainly opened my eyes. Looks really good. Just have to respect local custom!
Those Iranian chicks that they met on the train were pretty hot.

Your naive because you believe Iran is a western country, it's anything but western.
No democracy
No Freedom for Woman
Nasty laws where woman and young men are hung from cranes for things that would not even be a crime in this country.
